E-mail Admin Instruction
Email Administrator Instructions for Using your Imail interface to maintain users.
- Go to mymail.graphicstech.com
- Log in using your regular username and password
- Find the Web Admin link in the upper right hand corner of the screen
- Click the link. A new page will open.
- The first area you see will be domain settings – DO NOT Make Changes to the Upper portion of the screen.
- In the left side menu, click the User Administration link.
- A list of users will appear.
To Edit a User:
- Click the link for that user
- Make any necessary changes
- Click save
To have email from one user forwarded to another email address:
- Click the link for that user
- Enter the address that should get the emails in the Forwarding Address fields
- Click the save button
To Add a New User:
- Click the Add Button
- Enter the user information Example (tomj@whatever.com)
- User ID – this would be the first part of the desired email address (tomj)
- Full Name – users full name (Tom Jones)
- Password – any combination of alpha and numeric characters
- Confirm password – enter the password again
- Check Allow Password Change if you want this user to be able to change their password
- Check Grant Account Access to allow them to access their email (uncheck this to disable their account)
- Check Access Information Services
- Check Access LDAP Attributes
- Check Allow Web Calendaring
- Check Allow Web Access to allow user to check email via the internet web page
- Only check List Administrator Permissions if this person will administer Lists
- Only check Domain Administrator Permissions if this person will administer the account, adding users, etc.
- Click the Save button
To Delete a User:
- Place a check in the box beside the users name
- Click the Delete button
- Check Remove corresponding user(s) from all related aliases
- Check Remove corresponding user(s) from all related lists
- Click the delete button

WebMail Setup Instructions
- Go to mymail.graphicstech.com
- Log in using this information:
- Username = root@yourdomainname.com
- Password = your domain name without the dot(.) and extension (for example: graphicstech instead of graphicstech.com)
- Gather a list of all of your current email users and their passwords and set up each account using the instructions in the Imail Instruction document included.
- If your users send and receive email through the web interface all that is left to do is to provide them with the link mymail.graphicstech.com and their username and password.
- if your users send and receive email through Outlook/Outlook Express you will need to set up Outlook using one of the Outlook documents included
- For Outlook setup you will need to know your ISPs SMTP server name, whether they require authentication or not, and what username and password you should use for authentication. You can get this information from your ISP directly or most likely from their website.
- Follow the instructions provided for the Outlook Version that you are using.
- Send a test email and have that person reply to you to verify that sending and receiving are working correctly.
